“WICS-ART aims to promote, facilitate and create opportunities for audit, quality improvement and research in intensive care across Wales and beyond”
Aims:
To increase trainee engagement and create opportunities for national audit, quality improvement projects and high-quality research.
To support trainees in creating these opportunities and promote increased leadership and management roles for trainees within audit, quality improvement and research in Wales.
By facilitating engagement with high-quality projects, we hope to improve knowledge of best practice and increase the quality of care provided to our patients.
