Aims:

• To increase trainee engagement and create opportunities for national audit, quality improvement projects and high-quality research.

• To support trainees in creating these opportunities and promote increased leadership and management roles for trainees within audit, quality improvement and research in Wales.

• By facilitating engagement with high-quality projects, we hope to improve knowledge of best practice and increase the quality of care provided to our patients.
